After losing my dominant arm at the age of 22, I found myself in the darkest place imaginable. My world was completely turned upside down. I went through a whirlwind of emotions and to be completely transparent there were many moments where I did not want to be alive.
Through some extremely difficult times, I was fortunately able to find myself out of the dark. This experience taught me the importance of surrounding yourself with love and positivity, which led to the creation of the Be Better Group.
I believe that we all experience some type of pain at one point or another. I was compelled to create a safe place to help others be better, not bitter. Be Better Group wants to bring people together, to be able to provide hope, to provide resources and tools to help you do just that.
